I'm a U.S. Air Force veteran, a trained Holistic Nutrition Consultant, and someone who has spent years rebuilding her own health with real data — DXA scans, hormone panels, DNA reports — not guesswork. I've practiced intermittent fasting for over nine years and navigated my own postmenopausal body recomposition from the inside out.

I also spent years as a red carpet host and actress in over 50 films and commercials. Which means I've learned how to show up with confidence even when life is wildly imperfect. That skill has served me more in my 50s than anywhere else.

What I've learned through all of it is simple and it took me far too long to figure out.
