Hi there! My name is Reggi, glad you’re here! Lately I have been going through a massive shift to simplify, declutter and slow down my pace from the rushing syndrome and hustle movement. I happen to be a holistic nutritionist and Impact Coach with a passion for helping women overcome the busy life and achieve personal freedom.

My journey began several years ago when I started experiencing hormone imbalances that left me feeling exhausted, anxious, and unmotivated. Despite seeking medical advice and trying various treatments, I found that conventional medicine was not providing me with the answers or relief I needed.

Determined to take control of my health, I began to explore holistic approaches to nutrition and wellness. Through extensive research and personal experimentation, I discovered the power of whole foods, fasting, and exercise along with the concept of minimalism. By consuming less and living more frugal, the stress started to melt away. Back in 2020, I connected with The Minimalists and was interviewed in Netflix’s documentary Less is Now. This sparked my desire to explore simple living and essentialism while living in a busy city.
